Join other designers, artists, sketchers and friends on Saturday, May 13 for a special edition of SketchBoston! Not only is this event our 1 year anniversary, but our work will be exhibited in the Arboretum’s Hunnewell Visitor Center for Lilac Sunday!
We will gather near the Main Gate (125 Aborway, Jamaica Plain) at 12pm. Please bring your own sketching materials (sketchbooks, watercolors, pens, pencils, markers, etc) We will re-group around 4pm at the Hunnewell Visitor Center to share our sketches in an open forum.
If you would like to have your work exhibited in the Hunnewell Visitor Center you’ll be given pre-cut papers to work on. The sketches, paintings, drawings, etc. will be displayed for Lilac Sunday and the weeks that follow! All submissions will be mailed back to their respective owner after the exhibition.
SketchBoston welcomes anyone interested in drawing the landscape. All skill levels are encouraged to join us!
