Ray Dunetz Landscape Architecture (RDLA) is an award-winning landscape architecture firm located in the vibrant city of Boston. With a dynamic team and a portfolio of diverse and exciting projects, we take pride in creating innovative and sustainable outdoor spaces that inspire and enrich communities.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Landscape Architect with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of landscape architecture including design, horticulture, development of detailed construction documents, and project management and will play a key role in executing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop creative and functional landscape designs.

  • Conduct site analysis and research to inform design concepts.

  • Prepare construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.

  • Oversee project implementation and ensure compliance with design intent.

  • Manage project schedules and budgets.

  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.

  • 4-8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.

  • Licensed preferred but not required.

  • Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Knowledge of horticulture principles and sustainable practices.

  • Experience in preparing construction documents and specifications.

  • Demonstrated project management skills.
