Keith Bowers is the Founder and President of Biohabitats, an ecological consulting firm he established in 1982. Biohabitats’ mission is to inspire communities to rediscover a sense of place through preserving indigenous ecosystems, restoring biological diversity, and embracing ecological stewardship. Through research, planning, design, and construction, the Biohabitats team seeks to restore ecosystems, conserve habitat, and regenerate the natural systems that surround us. The company was just recognized as “Best For The World” in July 2021 as a certified B Corp for its company governance promoting team responsibility and accountability. Keith is a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects and serves on various Boards including the Rewilding Institute.
