Delaware State University Campus Master Plan

The jury was impressed with strong, clear analysis graphics and the execution and representation of an impressive community engagement process. Community outreach and DEI were woven with sustainability in a way that was clear and compelling. The concept of the campus as a sponge was also convincing and clear. And the project is further strengthened by how the concepts and principles land in clear landscape moves.
