In person. Outdoors.
Landscape architects, designers, and friends:
Join forager, cook and artist Rachel Alexandrou at the River Point Conservation Area for an insightful walk on all things edible plants. We will walk together for 1.5 hours and learn about wild edible plants we run into along the trail.
At the end Rachel will have a foraged beverage to share for a final refreshment and q+a session. Please bring proper footwear, a hat, a notebook and a water bottle.
Please note: We will not be harvesting anything on this walk. Members & non-members, ALL are welcome.
.
Rachel Alexandrou is an interdisciplinary artist who uses her education in plant science, and collaborative practice, to create experiential work about food, flora, and re-imagining human relationships to the landscape.
