Join BSLA outdoors, on-site at 212 Congress Ave in Chelsea, Massachusetts at “Cool Down Chelsea.” This is a free, public, neighborhood event featuring food, art, music and more. It’s being held on the site of what we hope will be a future open space for this neighborhood.

BSLA will be there along with other partners who are all, in different ways, collaborating with GreenRoots and the City of Chelsea on ways to mitigate urban heat and to create a pilot Cool Block. Neighborhood open spaces are essential infrastructure!

We will use this as a COMMUNITY PIN UP, at which we’ll share the preliminary sketches from our Chelsea Cool Design Challenge and invite questions, comments, and feedback on the design visions.
