The jury found the intention behind this project to be truly powerful: to create a healing, peaceful, and cohesive space for a family. The design manifests the client's needs while integrating subtly and naturally with the surrounding woodland. The jury loved the melding of the built and the natural, the high quality of craft, and the clear creation of spatial sequencing.
