The jury felt this project was strong, clear, and well-outlined. The planning approach successfully integrates and stitches the campus into the city fabric where it is desperately needed. General spatial ideas are strong and convincing, with rich and lively graphics. Community engagement and collaboration with students is well communicated and informed the process.
