This pair of walks is also part of Women in Design’s annual “Intersections” conference, in collaboration with the BSA Design for Aging Committee, the BSA Access Committee, and BSLA.

BSLA’s 2022 Inside/Out series continues with a walk audit in Allston with the Allston Brighton Health Collaborative, and a site tour of the new Louis A DePasquale Universally Accessible Playground at Danehy Park in Cambridge by Cheri Ruane, FASLA; the landscape architect who led the design. These tours each will focus on ways that these neighborhood spaces have been — or might be — redesigned to embrace mobility and equity.
