Landscape Architect/Project Manager
Kyle Zick Landscape Architecture, Inc. (KZLA) is a dynamic seven-person landscape architecture firm that, while small in size, is expansive in vision. KZLA is dedicated to delivering high-quality design and personalized service, with a portfolio that spans public parks, conservation lands and trails, academic campuses, corporate sites, tactical urbanism, and historic landscapes. Our clients include municipalities, museums, colleges and universities, the National Park Service, private developers, and collaborative consultants.
As designers, makers, and hands-on professionals, we approach each project with creativity and passion, addressing both the functional and aesthetic needs of the space. KZLA is seeking a Landscape Architect with 5-10 years’ experience with strong design skills, creativity, and organizational capabilities to join our tight-knit team.
Qualifications:
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Office (Word, Excel), and Sketchup/Rhino.
• Experience is ArcGIS is also beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be involved in every phase of our projects, from initial concept through to final completion. This comprehensive role encompasses contributing to proposals, conceptual design, site analysis, graphics, and construction documentation. We seek applicants who are passionate about a hands-on design process and enthusiastic about collaborating with team members. A sense of humor is appreciated.
Education: BLA or MLA
Full-time position with paid vacation, holidays, health insurance, FSA, 401k with 3% annual company match, continuing education, and performance bonuses.
