Senior Designer

WHO WE ARE

LeBlanc Jones Landscape Architects is an established Boston-based, nationally recognized firm that specializes in large mixed-use and private residential projects throughout the country. We are an experienced team with diverse skills and interests who share a common passion for design excellence.

We are seeking a Senior Designer with 3-5 years of experience, a passion for design and an eagerness to grow professionally.

WHO YOU ARE

You are creative, analytical, and resourceful. You think three dimensionally and thrive in a collaborative team environment. You have strong communication and design skills and are comfortable prioritizing information and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Specific responsibilities are dependent on the selected candidate’s level of experience but generally include:

• Desire to work on complex, long term projects with a team

• Experience with project management and construction observation

• Assist in the preparation of Construction Documents

• Ability to lead the production of drawings and 3D models for both design development and presentation

• A working knowledge of the New England plant palette

• Ability to develop and resolve design concepts independently and collaboratively

• Experience developing digital standards with an interest in advancing production methods - AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketchup, Lumion
