Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and review of construction documents (including layout, materials, grading, planting plans, and construction details).

  • Manage the oversight and construction administration of our ongoing construction projects.

  • Assist with plant material selections and nursery visits.

  • Attend client meetings and ongoing construction projects.

  • Prepare field reports and communicate with project team members.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited landscape architecture program.

  • Professional licensure in Massachusetts.

  • 6+ years of construction document/administration experience.

  • Detail-oriented (enjoys organization!).

  • Technically-minded (loves to build!).

  • Microsoft Office.

  • AutoCAD.

  • Any additional 3-D graphic software program experience is welcome.

  • Communication, kindness, and a willingness to work as a critical team member are the most important ingredients; we have much work before us and want to enjoy the process with you!
